The Troja Chateau (also known as the Trojan Chateau) is a baroque building in the Troja district of Prague, in the immediate vicinity of the Prague Zoo. Located on the right bank of the Vltava River, there are also several farm buildings, including the stables, and a wine shop inspired by the adjacent vineyard of Klára. The castle is surrounded by a large castle garden with many ornamental and fruit trees and a small natural maze, decorated with fountains, terracotta vases, stucco and orangery with emperor busts. The castle, including the garden, is open to the public. In the chateau interior we can also see a nice fresco decoration of some rooms.
